This condensation pump is designed for efficient handling of condensate from high-efficiency condensing furnaces and boilers, even those producing acidic condensate. With a 22-foot lift capacity, it outperforms standard pumps by 2 feet. Integrating the CP22 into your system is effortless, thanks to the 1/4-inch quick connect terminals for the built-in overflow switch. Two terminals offer flexibility for connecting air handler shutdown and optional alarm systems as required. Featuring shatterproof stainless steel hangtabs for easy mounting at 8-inch intervals. Indicator lights—red, yellow, and green—clearly display the pump status: green for power applied, yellow for pump operation, and red for high-level alarm. The float, made of foamed polyethylene, ensures durability, chemical resistance, and longevity. Unlike trapped air floats that sink or expanded polystyrene (EPS) floats, this float simply floats. With four inlet holes—more than most pumps—installation versatility is maximized, and reinforced walls enhance durability. Rubber feet reduce noise by dampening vibration, while an elastomeric motor mounting gasket isolates vibration. Additionally, a removable check valve facilitates easy cleaning.
