The LeddarTech M16 Laser Sensing Module (19° x 0.3° Beam) are advanced, solid-state LiDAR solutions that combine wide-beam flash illumination with 16 independent detection segments to simultaneously deliver rapid, continuous and precise detection and ranging for multiple objects along with excellent lateral discrimination.

Provide high-precision detection capabilities, the Leddar M16 can locate obstacles such as fixed structures, vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. This makes it the LiDAR of choice for mobility applications where off-the-shelf sensor modules are required.

M16-LSR uses a laser source to achieve even longer ranges and to provide narrower and better-defined vertical FOV, - all in a smaller form factor than the M16-LED.

This LiDAR can be used for many applications as Autonomous Shuttles (Collision avoidance, Blind spot coverage, Redundancy system for navigation), Intelligent Transportation Systems (Traffic detection, Vehicle profiling, Smart city data, Velocity measurement) and Commercial and Delivery Vehicles (Vehicle automation, Collision avoidance).
